The Insurance Company tab under the Basic Data Settings page allows administrators to define, configure, and manage standard healthcare and social coverage provider settings. Through this page, administrators can systematically structure organizational insurance parameters including insurance entities, specific package tiers, and coverage rules linked to various employee demographic brackets.
This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs.
To access the Insurance Company page, follow these steps:
- From Human Resources page.
- Click System Setting.
- Select Basic Data Settings.
- Click Insurance Company from the top master tabs.
Managing the 3 Tabs #
The Insurance Company section is organized into 3 secondary sub-tabs. Each tab contains a dedicated data grid displaying existing configurations, along with control utilities and row action shortcuts.
Common Actions for All Tabs #
- Add a New Record: Click the green + Add button at the top left to open a pop-up modal. Input the required values, then click Save.
- Export to Excel: Click the green Excel icon at the top right of the data panel to download the visible records directly into an .xlsx file sheet.
- Export to PDF: Click the green PDF icon adjacent to the search input box to generate a clean, printable document containing active table rows.
- Show/Hide Columns: Click the green Database/Eye icon to open a field layout selection menu where checking or unchecking fields dynamically changes table column visibility.
- Clear Filter: Click the Create Filter / Clear Filter link found at the bottom left of the grid view to drop active column queries and reset data parameters back to default.
- Edit a Record: Click the blue Edit (pencil) icon on the far right of any specific row to alter its fields.
- Delete a Record: Click the red Delete (trash bin) icon on the far right of a row to wipe that record permanently from the system database.
1. Insurance Company #
This tab catalogues the primary medical or insurance provider entities partnered with the organization.
- Table Overview: Displays active insurance corporate entries with processing metadata.
- Table Columns:
- Field Name In Arabic (Insurance Company): Displays the provider name in Arabic (e.g., شركة اكسا, ميت ليف, بـوبـا).
- Field Name In English (Insurance Company): Displays the provider name in English (e.g., MET LIFE, Bobaa, axa inssurance company, GLOBMED).
- Document Number: Records specialized processing keys or insurance policy numbers.
- Starting Date: Timestamps indicating the official beginning of contract coverage intervals.
- End Date: Timestamps indicating contract conclusion or renewal deadlines.
2. Insurance Class #
This tab standardizes specific premium or benefit tier designations grouped under each mapped provider entity.
- Table Overview: Details distinct benefit plans such as gold, silver, or primary alphabetic rankings.
- Table Columns:
- Field Name In Arabic (Insurance Class): Displays the tier category in Arabic (e.g., فئة اولى, فية تانى, الجولد, فنة جولد).
- Field Name In English (Insurance Class): Displays the tier category in English (e.g., B, a, gold, sssssssss125).
- Insurance Company: Indicates which parent corporate insurance partner covers that specific tier structure.
3. The Name Of The Age Group #
This tab controls matrix calculations, age parameters, and pricing values tied to specific employee demographics.
- Table Overview: Outlines targeted group demographics, family relationship constraints, and monetary values mapping to active accounts.
- Table Columns:
- Field Name In Arabic (The Name Of The Age Group): Displays the targeted demographic track name in Arabic (e.g., محاسبين, اداريين, شباب, الفئة المتوسطة).
- Field Name In English (The Name Of The Age Group): Displays localized demographic track names in English (e.g., youth, First class, MID RANGE).
- Age From: Numeric entry setting the minimum baseline age boundary for the category.
- Age To: Numeric entry setting the maximum ceiling age boundary for the category.
- Insurance Class: Shows the linked benefit plan tier assignment.
- Insurance Company: Tracks the underlying premium provider corporation.
- Gender: Isolates specific physiological categories (e.g., All, Male).
- Relationship (Arabic Field): Displays family or dependent relationship identifiers in Arabic text strings (e.g., زوج / زوجة).
- Relationship (English Field): Displays corresponding demographic dependent descriptors.
- Insurance Value: Numeric financial column setting baseline monetary packages or maximum calculated premium benchmarks (e.g., 200, 500, 1000, 10000, 11500).
- Employee: Features active system verification checkboxes to flag whether the bracket applies primarily to core personnel.
- IsMarried: Checkbox verification rule flagging whether marital status conditions govern bracket assignment.
