Company Data Settings 

The Company Data Settings section allows administrators to configure the foundational corporate profile by specifying the legal entity name and establishing its primary country of operation. This quick configuration pairs the company’s regional identity with its official visual brand across the entire platform. 

This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs. 

To access this section, follow these steps: 

1. From the Human Resources page. 

2. Click System Setting. 

3. Select Company Branches Settings. 

4. Click on the Company Data Settings tab to open the configuration panel.

Updating Company Information  #

To establish or modify your core organization parameters, update the available input fields: 

1. Company: Enter or modify the formal legal name of the organization (e.g., مدارس المعالى). 

2. Countries: Select the primary country of operation to establish default localization and regulatory frameworks (e.g., السعوديه). 

3. Company Logo: Click the designated upload field to update the organization’s official visual brand logo image. 

4. Click the Save button to apply the modifications across all systemic HR workflows and platform modules. 

Note: Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules. It is recommended that only authorized administrators modify these settings.
