Technical support is a ticketing system customer service provided by Classera Academy to advise and assist system users with issues concerning their technical products. Â
The Tickets table on the Technical Support page provides all tickets in the system, and there are four states:
- Open Tickets: This label means that the tickets are under review from technical support.
- In progress Tickets: This label means the tickets are under processing from technical support.Â
- Pending Tickets: This label means that the technical support team is waiting for more information or updates from the system user.
- Closed Tickets: This label means that the ticket is solved.
To create a ticket: #
- Click the Technical Support tab in the sidebar.
- Select the ticket type (system bug, data issue,.. etc.)
- Select the module you have an issue with.
- Select the ticket priority.
- Add a subject to your ticket.
- Describe your issue and upload a screenshot if it is possible.
- Click Create to submit your ticket.
