The Work Data Settings page allows administrators to configure and manage global classifications that structuralize employee career information, organizational divisions, and professional track assignments. Through this page, administrators can systematically standardize structural metrics like career levels, specific sectors, operational tracks, and internal department levels according to institutional requirements.
This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs.
To access the Work Data Settings page, follow these steps:
- From Human Resources page.
- Click System Setting.
- Select Basic Data Settings.
- Click Work Data Settings.
Managing the 9 Tabs #
The Work Data Settings page is organized into 9 sub-tabs. Each tab displays a dedicated data table containing existing records, along with top control utilities and individual row action icons to manage entries.
Common Actions for All Tabs #
- Add a New Record: Click the green + Add button at the top left to open a pop-up window. Enter the requested localization fields, then click Save.
- Export to Excel: Click the green Excel icon located at the top right of the table panel to download the entire list of classifications directly into an .xlsx file sheet.
- Export to PDF: Click the green PDF icon next to the search field to generate and export a printable document layout containing the current tab’s records.
- Show/Hide Columns: Click the green Database/Eye icon to manage visible fields. A dropdown list lets you toggle checkboxes on or off to dynamically show or hide specific columns in the table grid.
- Clear Filter: Click the Create Filter / Clear Filter link at the bottom left of the grid to clear all active column filters and reset the search parameters to default.
- Edit a Record: Click the blue Edit (pencil) icon on the right side of any row to modify its details.
- Delete a Record: Click the red Delete (trash bin) icon on the right side of a row to permanently remove it from the system.
1. Path #
This tab is used to establish geographic or organizational routing pipelines within the company.
- Table Overview: Displays a structured list of routing paths configured for your organization.
- Table Columns:
- Field Name In Arabic (Path): Displays the path title in Arabic (e.g., مسار السعودية, مسار مصر).
- Field Name In English (Path): Displays the path title in English (e.g., sadui, Egyptian path).
- Actions: Click + Add to define a new operational path. Use the row Edit or Delete icons next to any path row to manage existing setups.
2. Main Section #
Administrators use this tab to define high-level corporate organizational divisions and core organizational business lines.
- Table Overview: Lists the primary parent departments or core corporate management pillars.
- Table Columns:
- Field Name In Arabic (Main Section): Displays the top-level section title in Arabic (e.g., القسم الرئيسي, الادارة).
- Field Name In English (Main Section): Displays the top-level section title in English (e.g., Main section, managment).
- Actions: Click + Add to construct a new high-level operational division. Use row-level Edit or Delete icons to adjust or clear configurations.
3. Sections #
This section is for configuring intermediate-level sub-departments or functional local school areas.
- Table Overview: Displays a list of all sub-departments, functional divisions, or specific school levels.
- Table Columns:
- Field Name In Arabic (Sections): Displays the sub-department name in Arabic (e.g., بنين – ثانوي, بنات – رياض أطفال).
- Field Name In English (Sections): Displays the sub-department name in English (e.g., management, Security, cleaning).
- Actions: Click + Add to map a new sub department section. Use the Edit icon to update names.
4. Job Levels #
This tab manages legal employment tiers, structural grade rankings, and linked compensation packages.
- Table Overview: Displays the structural grade rankings that determine basic classification status, complete with an extra tracking category parameter.
- Table Columns:
- The Name: Displays the grade ranking or structural track designation in Arabic (e.g., إداري, تعليمي, أكاديمي).
- Field Name In English: Displays the grade ranking or structural track designation in English (e.g., adminstration, MANGERIAL Level).
- Type: Displays the specialized structural management track category assigned to this rank tier (e.g., adminstration, معلم, ادارة اكاديمية, Default).
- Vacations: Displays the complete text log string defining all structural leaves, holiday packages, and time-off tracks linked directly to this tier level (e.g., records containing packages like أجازة سنوية 21 يوم, أجازة مرضية 40).
- Actions: Click + Add to initialize a new employment tier. Use the row action buttons to modify rank setups or clear out old entries.
5. Job Category #
Used to classify institutional role definitions, job templates, and shared operational benefit profiles.
- Table Overview: Shows the mapped classification paths used to group identical role definitions across the system, mirroring the core criteria structure of Job Levels without the extra category parameter.
- Table Columns:
- The Name: Displays the job configuration path title in Arabic (e.g., سعودي تأمينات, مقيم خارج الكفالة, أجير).
- Field Name In English: Displays the job configuration path title in English (e.g., Admin 1 2, SOCIAL INNSURANCE).
- Vacations: Displays the complete text log string defining all structural leaves, holiday packages, and time-off tracks linked directly to this role designation (e.g., records containing packages like أجازة سنوية 30 يوم, أجازة مرضية 35).
- Actions: Click + Add to index a new role structural class. Use row options to control active career categories.
6. Specialization Details #
This tab defines micro-level professional skill paths or specific degree concentrations.
- Table Overview: Catalogs the detailed educational degrees, specific fields of study, or technical skills of personnel.
- Table Columns:
- Field Name In Arabic (Specialization Details): Displays the granular skill path in Arabic (e.g., موارد بشرية, بكالوريوس تربية قسم لغة عربية).
- Field Name In English (Specialization Details): Displays the granular skill path in English (e.g., Human resources, things).
- Actions: Click + Add to include a new specialized educational track. Click Edit to modify names or Delete to discard a detailed specialization row.
7. Sectors #
Administrators use this tab to standardize macro organizational operating spheres across the corporate entity.
- Table Overview: Displays the main industrial, administrative, or commercial operating sectors within the company.
- Table Columns:
- Field Name In Arabic (Sectors): Displays the sector label in Arabic (e.g., قطاع اداري, اكاديمي).
- Field Name In English (Sectors): Displays the sector label in English (e.g., ADMIN Sector, Acadimic).
- Actions: Click + Add to open the creation modal to insert a new operational sector. Use row icons to modify or eliminate listings.
8. Specialization #
This tab outlines broader organizational career concentrations or functional technical domains.
- Table Overview: Records the baseline expertise tracks assigned to corporate profiles or educational jobs.
- Table Columns:
- Field Name In Arabic (Specialization): Displays the general concentration path in Arabic (e.g., مسؤول موارد بشرية, مدير التسويق, محاسب قانوني).
- Field Name In English (Specialization): Displays the general concentration path in English (e.g., marketing manager).
- Actions: Click + Add to formulate a new general specialty classification. Click the Edit icon to alter information fields as required.
9. Careers #
This tab serves as a complete catalog for exact job roles and formal internal corporate designations.
- Table Overview: Lists all authorized job titles available for assignment within the company’s human resources registry.
- Table Columns:
- Field Name In Arabic (Careers): Displays the exact job title in Arabic (e.g., محاسب, إداري, معلم تربية رياضية).
- Field Name In English (Careers): Displays the exact job title in English (e.g., Experimental, Athletics).
- Actions: Click + Add to append a new job role to your organization’s catalog. Click Edit to update an old designation, or Delete to remove an obsolete career type.
