Program Path Settings 

The Program Path Settings section enables administrators to configure system paths and integration settings required for proper system functionality. This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs. 

To access the Program Path Settings section, follow these steps: 

1. From Human Resources page. 

2. Click System Setting. 

3. Select Basic Data Settings. 

4. Click System General Setting. 

5. Click on the Program Path Settings accordion tab to expand the section. 

The Program Path Settings section contains the following server API integration directories: 

• Account Path: Enter the secure server destination link connecting directly with core general accounting databases (e.g., https://uat.esol.dev/Accounting/api). 

• SSO Path: Set the precise security gateway directory linking Single Sign-On credentials across connected platforms (e.g., https://uat.esol.dev/API). 

• Support Services Path: Specify the application link connecting with external operations or auxiliary corporate support desks. 

• Student Accounts Path: Set the directory handling database sync parameters for institutional learner profiles. 

• Sales Point Path: Set the terminal pathway connecting with localized Point of Sale (POS) engines (e.g., https://uat.esol.dev/Sales/WebApi). 

• Ims Path: Map the data pathway leading straight to institutional Learning Management or educational portal structures. 

Note: Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules. It is recommended that only authorized administrators modify these settings.
