The Search Permissions module provides an auditing tracking board to monitor short-term absence slips and hourly permit records. It allows human resource professionals to review past approval states, analyze time consumption metrics, and verify historical attendance exemptions.
To access this section, follow these steps: #
- From the Human Resources page.
- From the top navigation menu bar, click HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.
- Under the EMPLOYEES OPERATIONS column, click Permission.
- Select the Search Permissions tab from the horizontal sub-navigation layout row.
Configuration Workflow #
The interface targets specific log queries through a concentrated panel situated above the grid:
Execute Permission Query #
Follow these steps to filter, monitor, or isolate specific leave records across organizational groups:
- Establish scope parameters using the dropdown select elements (Branch, Sections, Main Section, Sectors, or Path).
- Refine staff searches by inputting or picking parameters inside the demographic fields (Employee Name, Employee Number, or Identification Number).
- Restrict violation categories by setting criteria rules using the Type and Permission Type dropboxes.
- Isolate tracking windows by setting timeline bounds using the PermissionDate From and PermissionDate To calendar selectors.
- Click Search to run the execution matrix and update the grid logs.
Data Table View #
Profiles matching active filter parameters display systematically across verification columns within the ledger interface:
- Employee Name: The full registered legal name of the worker.
- Employee Number: The unique system-generated internal corporate index tracking identifier.
- Branch: The designated corporate facility or site location.
- Sections: The specific lower-level operational department assignment.
- Insert Date: The timestamp logging exactly when the entry was created.
- Type: The core classification rule applied to the permission.
- Request status: Displays current authorization tracking states (e.g., Pending, Approved).
- Username: Identifies the administrative account that finalizes the operation.
- Permission Type: The secondary contextual name tag assigned to the leave period.
- Issues: Connects or links matching inquiry logs.
- Permission Date: Displays the calendar date when the permit was executed.
- Fingerprint Number: The unique identification index assigned to the biometric access profile.
- The Official Attendees Morning / Actual Attendees Morning: Compares standard shifts with practical clock-in logs for morning tracks.
- The Official Attendees Evening / Actual Attendees Evening: Compares standard shifts with practical clock-out logs for evening tracks.
- minute Morning / minute Evening: Individual segment metrics capturing hour deviations.
- Total Minutes: The complete calculated sum of time spent away from the workplace.
Grid Operations and Data Export #
The control toolkit located at the top right of the data panel allows you to process information dynamically:
- Search: Type keywords directly into the central search bar to isolate targeted records instantly.
- Export to Excel: Click the Excel icon to download the visible workforce directory into an .xlsx workbook.
- Export to PDF: Click the PDF icon to output a printable document report file containing the filtered registry layout.
- Show/Hide Columns: Click the Database/Eye icon to change column visibility rules on the fly.
Note: Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules. It is recommended that only authorized administrators modify these settings.
