It allows human resource managers to oversee employee lifecycle milestones, modify essential structural deployments, update core registries, and enforce organizational or financial data compliance benchmarks uniformly across the enterprise.
To access this section, follow these steps:
- From the Human Resources page.
- From the top navigation bar, click HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.
- Locate the EMPLOYEES DATA column.
- Click Employee Operations to load the Personnel Affairs operational dashboard.
Configuration Workflow #
The core dashboard aggregates multiple functional modules organized by a tabbed navigation header. Administrators can cycle through these specialized tracks to execute operational overrides:
1. Staff List #
Provides a centralized repository to search, isolate, and audit the complete active workforce ledger.
- Employee Basic Data Filters: Query records dynamically by entering parameters such as Employee Name, Job Number, Identification Number, Branch, Section, Main Section, Specialization, Specialization Details, Path, Sectors, or Employee Status.
- Filter by Date: Refine headcount visibility using custom calendar bounding ranges including Employment Date From/To and Employee Start Date From/To.
- Save / Search Actions: Click the button array to commit filter criteria and update the grid visibility.
2. Add An Employee #
Enables the onboarding of new personnel into the institutional master ledger through a multi-step verification pipeline split into distinct category tabs:
- Personal Data: Captures identity benchmarks such as full name string, English name translation, Marital Status, Identification Number, Job Number, Finger Print Number, Nationality, Religion, Gender, and Family Numbers.
- Work Information: Establishes departmental placements, job categories, and facility routing designations.
- Contact Data: Logs standard communication parameters, phone values, and physical addresses.
- Financial Statements: Links to salary criteria, account keys, and currency attributes.
- Contract: Binds structural employment periods, trial phases, and legal covenants.
3. Transfer And Promotion of Employees #
Manages corporate mobility, relocation of vectors, and structural advancement changes.
- Current Data: Displays a read-only historical baseline of the employee’s existing assignments (Region, Branch, Section, Job Level, Job Category, Specialization, Sectors, Main Section, Path, and Specialization Details).
- New Data: Dropdown interfaces allow administrators to specify the new target organizational fields to route the employee.
- Direct Transfer and Promotion: Commits the structural modification directly to the active operational registry.
4. Contract Renewal #
Facilitates the oversight, continuation, and extension of expiring employment legal instruments.
- Job Details and Administrative Filters: Isolates specific workforce agreements across sections, specializations, branches, and statuses.
- Automatic Renewal of Expired Contracts: Allows batch execution to systematically renew trailing contracts according to corporate policy parameters.
5. Create Contracts #
Allows managers to design, define, and issue formal new employment agreements for active personnel lacking a bounded contract profile.
- Provides granular lookup search inputs by category, level, or name alongside an empty data grid to process targeted contract generations in bulk.
6. Activate_Off #
Manages compliance logging and registry overrides regarding inactive employee profiles, final settlement states, and suspended labor records.
- Administrators can search by administrative properties to inspect attachments, tracking dates, and termination properties.
7. Updating Data #
Serves as an external batch processing terminal to upload and patch massive volumes of personnel information concurrently. It includes explicit document paths for:
- Add Employee Data / Updating Data Employee.
- Upload Files Of Relatives.
- Update Facility Data.
- Update Employee Payroll Data.
- Update Employee Documents.
- Add Dues / Add Deduction / Add Custom Benefits.
- Upload & Template Retrieval: Features dedicated template generation channels to extract matching upload formatting rules before pushing files back to the server.
8. Stop EmpBank Changes #
Establishes a data-security lock to freeze financial destination routes and prohibit unauthorized bank account modifications.
- Prohibit Modification of Bank Data: Administrators can search by Employee Name, select a Branch or Section, and click Block EmpBank Details to secure account routing data.
- Grid Record Tracking: Displays a historical list tracking locked accounts along with individual row actions to lift the restriction if needed.
9. Change Direct Manager #
Remaps reporting authorities and organizational structures, split into two dedicated operational sub-tabs:
1- Add Direct Manager to Employee: Establishes an initial direct supervisor connection for a selected employee record.
- Add Direct Manager Via System: Uses dynamic entity dropdown selectors to match a target employee to an updated reporting authority manually.
- Add Direct Manager Via Excell File: Provides an upload pipeline to execute reporting restructuring updates simultaneously via external spreadsheets.
2- Change Direct Manager: Modifies or revokes an existing supervisor relationship assignment for a selected employee record.
- Change Direct Manager Option: Updates the assigned supervisor route dynamically using dropdown selection filters and commits using the confirmation button.
- Remove Direct Manager Option: Clears out the assigned authority route entirely from the employee profile using the revocation button.
- Change Direct Manager Archive: Expands a collapsed sub-panel grid tracking previous reporting path reassignments historically.
Grid Operations and Data Export #
The control toolkit located at the right of individual data tables across these tabs allows you to process information dynamically:
- Search: Isolates targeted list criteria instantly on the fly.
- Export to Excel: Pushes data profiles into an .xlsx workbook sheet layout.
- Export to PDF: Generates document report summaries of the active view.
- Show/Hide Columns: Toggles data visibility configurations across table listings.
Note: Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules. It is recommended that only authorized administrators modify these settings.
