The Branches Capacity section allows administrators to balance resource allocations by planning and auditing personnel density rules across individual company divisions. This control dashboard tracks current active headcounts against the budgeted human capital requirements requested for specific job positions and sections.
This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs.
To access this section, follow these steps:
- From the Human Resources page.
- Click System Setting.
- Select Branches Capacity under the OTHER SETTINGS column.
Configuration Workflow #
Data Table View #
Active resource distribution rows populate the primary dashboard panel automatically. Administrators can track and verify the following property columns:
- Branch: The specific corporate facility or localized branch name.
- Section: The internal department or functional operational division mapped to the entry.
- Job Level: The standard employee professional grading or structural assignment level.
- Number Of Employees Current: The real-time headcount calculation actively processing inside that department.
- Number Of Need: The targeted operational manpower requirement budget defined for proper operations.
- Edit Records: Click the Pencil icon located within the row path to modify capacity boundaries.
- Delete Records: Click the Trash can icon located within the row path to drop unneeded resource metrics from the system.
Adding Staffing Requirements Manually #
To log targeted staffing capacities directly through the platform interface:
- Click the Add Employees Number button at the top left of the main data panel.
- An Add Employees Numbers modal form will open over the dashboard.
- Define the following department allocation properties:
- Branch: Select the targeted corporate branch facility from the dropdown menu list.
- Section: Choose the specific department or internal division from the dropdown menu list.
- Job Level: Select the structural grading or employee position level from the dropdown menu list.
- Number Of Employees: Set the targeted headcount cap utilizing the numerical stepper input box.
- Click the Add button at the bottom of the form to register the requirement in the system database, or click the X button at the top right to close the window and cancel.
Importing Staffing Data via Excel #
To populate multiple branch capacity targets simultaneously using standard spreadsheet templates:
- Click the Download From Excel button at the top left of the master configuration grid.
- A Download From Excel window will appear on screen.
- Click the Download Template button to retrieve the structured spreadsheet formatting file required by the platform database.
- Populate your external template sheet with your capacity metrics, then click within the Choose A File dashed boundary area to upload your saved document.
- Click the Upload button to process the document data and update your ledger, or click the X button at the top right of the modal panel to close the view.
Grid Operations and Data Export #
The control toolkit located at the top right of the data panel allows you to process information dynamically:
- Search and Filter Results: Type parameters directly into individual column text inputs or use the central search bar to isolate targeted records on the fly.
- Export to Excel: Click the Excel icon to download the complete view into an .xlsx workbook.
- Export to PDF: Click the PDF icon to output a clean report containing visible structural bounds.
- Show/Hide Columns: Click the Database/Eye icon to change column visibility rules on the fly.
Note: Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules. It is recommended that only authorized administrators modify these settings.
