The Company Documents section allows administrators to upload, track, and manage official corporate compliance records, legal licenses, commercial registrations, and institutional certificates. This centralized ledger monitors active document validation timelines, tracking numbers, and digital file attachments to prevent compliance lapses.
This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs.
To access this section, follow these steps:
- From the Human Resources page.
- Click System Setting.
- Select Companies and Branches Documents.
- Click on the Company Documents tab to open the configuration panel.

Data Table View #
Active corporate records populate the main management grid automatically. Administrators can review the following key structural details:
- Document Name: The descriptive title or legal classification of the recorded file.
- Document Number: The official registration or serial code assigned to the document.
- Start Date: The effective issuance or commencement date of the record.
- End Date: The formal expiration date of the legal document.
- Status: Systemic validation updates tracking document viability (e.g., Expired).
- Download: Direct access links to retrieve or view uploaded digital files and attachments.
- Edit: Action paths to update existing document parameters or renew credentials.
Grid Operations and Managing Records #
The interface provides standard grid controls at the top right of the data panel to streamline file management:
- Search and Filter Results: Use the inline column search bars to isolate files by name, number, or timeline parameters dynamically.
- Export to Excel: Click the Excel icon to download your full corporate document catalog into an .xlsx spreadsheet.
- Export to PDF: Click the PDF icon to output a clean, printable summary report of visible records.
- Show/Hide Columns: Click the Database/Eye icon to modify grid layout preferences and column visibility on the fly.
Note: Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules. It is recommended that only authorized administrators modify these settings.
