The Staff List section serves as a centralized lookup dashboard within the Personnel Affairs module. It allows human resource administrators to search, filter, and audit the complete workforce directory using personal, organizational, and date-bound systemic properties.
To access this section, follow these steps:
- From the Human Resources page.
- From the top navigation bar, click HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.
- Locate the EMPLOYEES DATA column.
- Click Employee Operations.
- Select the Staff List tab from the top sub-navigation menu bar.
Configuration Workflow #
Filtering Notifications #
Administrators can isolate specific workforce records using the dual-layered filter panel located above the data grid:
1. Employee Basic Data Filters #
- Employee Name: Search records by typing the full name string of the employee.
- Job Number: Isolate listings by inputting the specific internal corporate employee ID.
- Identification Number: Filter records using official governmental ID or national residency numbers.
- Branch: Filter by the assigned corporate facility or regional location dropdown.
- Section: Filter by the active lower-level operational department assignment.
- Main Section: Narrow parameters down using the primary high-level organizational division dropdown.
- Specialization: Filter by the employee’s professional core field or trade category.
- Specialization Details: Refine lookup down to the granular professional sub-specialty tags.
- Path: Filter records based on corporate career track path routing assignments.
- Sectors: Refine data rows by broader corporate business sectors.
- Employee Status: Isolate active, suspended, or terminated profiles via the dropdown selector.
2. Filter by Date #
- Employment Date From / To: Set a custom calendar range to lookup personnel based on their official contract hiring dates.
- Employee Start Date From / To: Define a chronological range based on actual onboarding or direct duty start dates.
- Click the Save button to execute the filters and refresh the view.
Data Table View #
Matching personnel entries populate the master ledger automatically. Administrators can track and verify the following property columns:
- Employee Name: Displays the full name of the registered worker.
- Branch: Identifies the regional facility location.
- Section: Shows the specific department assignment.
- Sectors: Displays the overarching institutional business sector.
- Path: Identifies the structural operational path routing.
- Specialization: Indicates the primary professional trade category.
- Specialization Details: Shows the exact sub-specialty assignment.
- Main Section: Displays the master high-level corporate division.
- Job Category: Identifies the job type alignment inside the database structure.
- Employment Date: Shows the verified date of recruitment.
- Employee Start Date: Logs the documented actual date of starting duties.
- Attendance And Departure: Provides direct operational lookup paths to access time-attendance tracking logs.
- Financial Statements: Links directly to the employee’s payroll, bank routes, and allocation ledger.
Grid Operations and Data Export #
The control toolkit located at the top right of the data panel allows you to process information dynamically:
- Search: Type keywords directly into the central search bar to isolate targeted records instantly.
- Export to Excel: Click the Excel icon to download the visible workforce directory into an .xlsx workbook.
- Export to PDF: Click the PDF icon to output a printable document report file containing the filtered registry layout.
- Show/Hide Columns: Click the Database/Eye icon to change column visibility rules on the fly.
Note: Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules. It is recommended that only authorized administrators modify these settings.
