The Add An Employee section enables the comprehensive onboarding of new personnel into the institutional master ledger through a multi-step verification pipeline. This wizard ensures all personal, organizational, logistical, financial, and contractual variables are validated sequentially before an employee profile becomes active in the ecosystem.
To access this section, follow these steps:
- From the Human Resources page.
- From the top navigation bar, click HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.
- Locate the EMPLOYEES DATA column.
- Click Employee Operations.
- Select the Add An Employee tab from the top sub-navigation menu bar.
Configuration Workflow #
The onboarding wizard partitions required personnel fields into five sequential data entry blocks:

1. Personal data #
Captures foundational identity parameters to establish the employee’s main master profile:
- Quadrant employee name: Input the full four-part legal name of the employee.
- Employee Name In English: Input the official translated English name string.
- Marital Status: Select the current family/civil status from the dropdown list.
- Identification Number: Record the national identity card or residency passport number.
- Job Number: Displays the unique, system-generated internal corporate index tracking number.
- Fingerprint Number: Automatically provisions or maps the hardware biometric device sync reference key.
- Nationality: Map demographic characteristics using the designated dropdown list.
- Religion: Map religious background selections using the designated dropdown list.
- Gender: Map gender classifications using the designated dropdown list.
- Family Numbers: Set the total count of recognized dependents using the numerical stepper.
2. Work Information #
Establishes institutional routing alignments, logistical metrics, and historical benchmarks:
- Work Settings: Set core attendance compliance statuses by toggling checkboxes:
- On The Job: Toggles active employment operational status.
- Excluded From Fingerprint: Sets an exception to the hardware biometric attendance tracking system.
- Show In Fingerprint Report: Dictates whether the employee’s logs are pulled into standard biometric reports.
- Basic data for the work: Select the primary structural properties from the dropdown entries:
- Region: The overarching geographical area for the employee’s assignment.
- Branch: The specific company facility or site location.
- Main Section: The high-level organizational division.
- Path: The assigned career or operational path of routing.
- Job data and administrative details: Remap functional supervisor scopes and administrative parameters by selecting:
- Section: The targeted sub-department or team.
- Sector: The broader corporate business sector.
- Job Level: The grading or hierarchical level of the position.
- Direct Manager: The assigned supervisor for reporting lines.
- Employee Attend Group: The specific attendance shift or policy group assignment.
- Specialization: The employee’s core professional trade or discipline.
- Specialization Details: The granular sub-specialty classification tags.
- Career IntD: The structural job role definition within the database.
- Employment history data: Input relevant lifecycle milestones across both Gregorian and Hijri calendar formats:
- Date Of Birth: The employee’s documented birth date.
- Hiring Date: The official date the employment agreement was executed.
- Start Working Date: The date the employee officially began active duties.
- Placement Date: The assignment date for their specific role or location.
- Work experience data: Track legacy professional history parameters by filling out:
- Experience Years: The total number of previous years of professional experience.
- Probation In Days: The designated trial period duration for the new role.
- Entering Date To Kingdom: The documented arrival date into the country (if applicable).
3. Contact Data #
Logs standard communication parameters and geographical routing parameters across dedicated sub-sections:
- Contact numbers: Fields for primary communication reachability:

- Mobile1: The primary cellular mobile line number.
- Home Phone: The residential secondary landline.
- Home Mobile: The secondary domestic mobile number.

- Job Category: Map structural professional designations within the corporate billing scheme.
- Contract Categories: Establish specific financial regulatory profiles.
- Sponsor Name: Route legal institutional sponsorship bindings.
- Method Of Arrest: Set to “Cash” via the designated dropdown selector.
When selecting “Bank” as the method Of Arrest:
- The interface dynamically injects three mandatory banking criteria fields marked with a red asterisk to ensure financial compliance and prevent transaction rejection:
- Bank Name : Select the registered corporate or retail financial institution from the dropdown menu list.
- Bank Account Status : Set the activation validity state from the dropdown menu list.
- Account Number : Input the complete verified bank account routing number or regional IBAN string.
- Bank Account Holder: Manual string naming designated balance recipients.
- Covenant Account: Route accountability and floating credit settings.
- Business Office Number: Associate structural governmental workflow references.
Compliance Settings (Checkboxes) :
- Block EmpBank Details: Toggles data-security rules to lock out structural bank modifications.
- Human Resources: Designates tracking ownership paths under standard HR verification parameters.
- Add Cuts Dues: Controls floating deduction balance configurations.
5. Contract #
Binds structural employment periods, time regulations, and legal covenants to finalize onboarding:
- Basic contract details: Specify the fundamental timeline boundaries:
- Contract Type : Select the baseline classification (e.g., غير محدد المدة).
- Annual Vacation List : Apply the specific systemic tracking leave rule (e.g., أجازة سنوية 21 يوم).
- Contract Ending Date : Define expiration limits (where applicable based on contract rules).
- Regulating working hours: Declare active operational limits:
- Work Type : Set time classifications (e.g., full Time).
- Work Zone : Map geographical operating compliance rules (e.g., inside The Kingdom).
- Weekly Days : Define the active numeric operating days per rotation.
- Work Ratio : Select standard productivity multipliers.
- Work Hours : Set daily standard required active hourly metrics.
- Regulating vacations and rest: Define compliance rest thresholds:
- Weakly Rest Days : Define weekly standard structural time-off rules.
- Terms Of the Contract: Select pre-configured localized legal regulatory fine print covenants.
- Attachments: Upload supporting legal instruments or signed documents by clicking Choose File.
Form Navigation Actions: Commitment controls:
- PREVIOUS: Return to earlier wizard tabs to rectify historical fields.
- SAVE: Commit the compiled dataset to the database and initiate profile registration.
