Follow these steps to search, audit, or isolate past personnel offboarding files via the filtering panel:
- Establish corporate scope parameters by utilizing the multi-tier selection fields (Branches, Section, Sector, Management, Path, Job Level, or Specialization).
- Restrict the data grid query rows based on custom operational workflows using the Status dropdown list.
- To pinpoint a standalone employee directory record, type their structural credentials into the Employee multi-lookup text field search string box (Search By Employee Name Or Employee Number).
- Isolate accurate timeline boundaries by mapping chronological limits inside the Date From and Date To integrated calendar input elements.
- Click Search to execute the query matrix logic, refresh the data grid layout, and populate corresponding historical rows into the active interface view.
