This interface provides administrators with both isolated lookup filters and batch processing tools to execute renewals efficiently according to institutional policy parameters.
To access this section, follow these steps:
- From the Human Resources page.
- From the top navigation bar, click HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.
- Locate the EMPLOYEES DATA column.
- Click Employee Operations.
- Select the Contract Renewal tab from the top sub-navigation menu bar.
Configuration Workflow #
Administrators can handle lifecycle contract continuations using localized configuration fields, automated command triggers, and data grids:
- Job details and administrative details (Filter Panel): Refine employee target lists by defining criteria parameters from the dropdown interfaces:
- Branch: Filter by the assigned corporate facility or regional location.
- Section: Filter by the specific lower-level operational department assignment.
- Specialization: Filter by the employee’s professional core field or trade category.
- Path: Isolate records based on the corporate career track routing.
- Specialization Details: Narrow lookup down to the granular professional sub-specialty tags.
- Sectors: Filter rows by broader corporate business sectors.
- Main Section: Filter using the primary high-level organizational division.
- Employee Name: Select a specific employee profile to audit their isolated contract records.
- Click Search button to run the active filter query parameters and populate the database log matrix grid below.
- Click Automatic Renewal of Expired Contracts button to batch execute systematic renewals for trailing contracts instantly based on pre-defined corporate guidelines. Clicking this button triggers a confirmation verification modal popup :
- Are You Sure Validation: Prompts a safety check offering direct Yes or No selections.
- Action Execution Buttons: Click the blue Automatic Renewal of Expired Contracts button inside the modal to finalize the batch workflow override, or click the red Cancel button to abort the request safely.
- Data Table View: Matching personnel contract indices populate the master tracking list automatically, allowing verification of the following properties:
- Job Number: Displays the unique, system-generated internal corporate index tracking number.
- Employee Name: Displays the full name of the registered worker.
- Job Category: Identifies the job type alignment inside the database structure.
- Sectors: The overarching institutional business sector.
- Path: The structural operational path routing assignment.
- Specialization: The primary professional trade or discipline.
- Specialization Details: The exact sub-specialty tag assignment.
- Main Section: The master high-level corporate division.
- Hiring Date: The official date the initial employment agreement was executed.
- Contract Ending Date: The logged expiration timeline boundary of the agreement.
- Nationality: The recorded citizenship profile of the worker.
- Work Years: The total numeric duration indicating years of institutional service.
- Job Level: The grading or hierarchical level of the position.
- Vacations: Linked configuration profiles outlining active leave rules.
- Start Working Date: The documented actual date of starting active duties.
- Status: The active operational contract validity state.
- Remain Days: A live tracking counter displaying remaining days before official expiration.

Grid Operations and Data Export:
- Search: Type keywords directly into the right-hand search input field to isolate grid rows on the fly.
- Export to Excel: Click the Excel icon to download the visible matrix logs into an .xlsx workbook.
- Export to PDF: Click the PDF icon to output a printable document report layout containing the filtered data index.
- Show/Hide Columns: Click the Database/Eye icon to dynamically toggle data column visibility rules.
Note: Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules. It is recommended that only authorized administrators modify these settings.
