The Vacation Posting Reviews module manages time-off balance migrations and historical leave rollover cycles. It allows human resource managers to set initial balances for new cycles or manually transfer accrued vacation periods across operational groups.
To access this section, follow these steps: #
- From the Human Resources page.
- From the top navigation menu bar, click HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.
- Under the EMPLOYEES OPERATIONS column, click Vacations.
- Select the Vacation Posting Reviews tab from the horizontal sub-navigation layout row.
Data Table View #
The main tracking ledger displays verified structural logs and systemic rollover attributes sequentially to assist managers during period audits:
- Employee Name: The full registered legal name of the worker.
- Contract Number: The baseline employment agreement identifier tied to the profile.
- Vacation Name: The contextual description label assigned to the leave category.
- Paging Method: The configuration rule applied to migration routing.
- Duration: Total numeric days migrated or validated within the cycle.
- Posting Date: The precise calendar timestamp recording when the balance was officially transferred.
- Insert Date: The timestamp logging exactly when the entry was added.
- Date From: The start timeline limit of the active leave tracking cycle.
- Date To: The end timeline limit of the active leave tracking cycle.
- User Name: Identifies the administrative account that finalized the operation.
- Year Type: Indicates the designated fiscal or calendar layout category applied.
Configuration Workflow #
The workspace facilitates history inquiries and balance adjustments using targeted parameter blocks located above the grid layout:
1. Search Posting Histories #
Follow these steps to filter and track historical balance adjustment operations:
- Define corporate scope parameters using the Branch, Section, or Employee Name selection fields.
- Click Search to run the query matrix and update the grid logs.
2.The Balance Of The First Period Of Leave #
Follow these steps to allocate initial rest period balances for specific profiles via the modal window:
- Click The Balance of the First Period off Leave button above the search panel.
- Choose the targeted time-off rule label from the Vacation Name dropdown list.
- Select the specific worker entry from the Employee Name dropdown picker.
- Input the numerical starting days value in the Available Vacation Balance box.
- Establish chronological timeline dates using the Post Date and Vacation Calculation Date calendar selectors.
- Click Add to commit the initial balance parameters live.
3. Execute Manual Migrations (Manually Transfer The Annual Leave Balance) #
Follow these steps to migrate accrued vacation balances across subdivisions concurrently via the batch processing window:
- Click Manual Migration button .
- Define the core structural categorization rule from the Vacation Type dropdown menu.
- Establish boundaries to capture target staff groupings by choosing fields within Branch, Sections, Main Section, Path, or Sectors.
- Select individual profiles explicitly within the Employees lookup field to narrow bulk routing parameters if needed.
- Click Add to execute the batch transfer rule across all matching employee directories simultaneously.
Grid Operations and Data Export #
The control toolkit located at the top right of the data panel allows you to process information dynamically:
- Search: Type keywords directly into the central search bar to isolate targeted records instantly.
- Export to Excel: Click the Excel icon to download the visible workforce directory into an .xlsx workbook.
- Export to PDF: Click the PDF icon to output a printable document report file containing the filtered registry layout.
- Show/Hide Columns: Click the Database/Eye icon to change column visibility rules on the fly.
Note: Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules. It is recommended that only authorized administrators modify these settings.
