It automatically scans fingerprint access logs and system calendars to flag time-tracking exceptions, enabling administrators to issue automated inquiries directly to employees for quick justification.
To access this section, follow these steps: #
- From the Human Resources page.
- From the top navigation menu bar, click HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.
- Under the EMPLOYEES OPERATIONS column, click Issues.
- Select the Sending Attendance And Departure Questions Automatically tab from the horizontal sub-navigation layout row.
Execute Automated Question Dispatch #
Follow these steps to deploy systemic attendance discrepancy inquiries based on integrated access control logs:
- Select the core automated infraction rule from the Issue Type dropdown list (e.g., Absence Of Fingerprint).
- Define the exact tracking checkpoint date being evaluated by utilizing the Date calendar input selector field.
- Click Send Issues to process the underlying attendance log logic and route individual discrepancy questions directly to matching employee dashboards concurrently.
