The Research Issues module functions as the central tracking ledger and administrative registry for employee attendance investigations. It permits human resource coordinators to execute deep-parameter history queries, audit employee justifications, or manually log new administrative incident categories.
To access this section, follow these steps: #
- From the Human Resources page.
- From the top navigation menu bar, click HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.
- Under the EMPLOYEES OPERATIONS column, click Issues.
- Select the Research Issues tab from the horizontal sub-navigation layout row.
Data Table View #
When choosing or filtering within this tab, matching records populate the data verification columns sequentially to assist coordinators with fast audits,:
- Employee Name: The full registered legal name of the worker.
- Employee Number: The unique system-generated internal corporate index tracking identifier.
- Branch: The designated corporate facility or site location.
- Sections: The specific lower-level operational department assignment.
- Issue Date: The calendar date when the formal inquiry was initialized.
- Issue Status: The real-time processing and approval state of the query.
- Is Auto: Indicates if the entry was triggered automatically by system rules or added manually.
- Issue Type: The core violation classification category.
- Been Approved: Displays whether the administrative tracking workflow has been fully authorized.
- User: The specific administrative account name that logged or committed to the entry.
- The Name of The Issues: The precise contextual description or tag assigned to the query row.
- Insert Date: The timestamp logging exactly when the record entry was added.
- Email Sent: Verifies if a corresponding automated email notification was distributed to the employee.
- The Employee Replied: Displays response validation parameters submitted by the worker profile.
- Activation: Indicates whether the issue row remains active inside operational tracking.
- Connect Using System Messages: Connects or links the inquiry directly to internal dashboard alert systems.
Configuration Workflow #
The workspace facilitates deep analytical reviews and compliance entries through two distinct popup control forms located directly above the historical tracking data grid:
1. Filter and Track Active Inquiry Records #
Follow these steps to search, audit, or isolate specific attendance discrepancy records via the advanced criteria panel:
- Click Search.
- Select or input data across organizational grouping parameters (Branch, Sections, Main Section, Sectors, or Path).
- Specify worker details using the demographic lookup fields (Employee Name, Employee Number, or Identification Number).
- Restrict or target your search parameters by assigning the Issue Type or TheNameOfTheIssues filtering strings.
- Define the exact boundary query dates utilizing the Issue Date From and Issue Date To calendar parameters.
- Click Search to run the execution matrix and load matching history records into the bottom grid.
2. Add Issues Manually #
Follow these steps to introduce a new, non-automated investigation record directly onto an employee profile via the modal entry layout:
- Click Add Issues Category.
- Isolate the target staff member’s position criteria via the organizational placement parameters (Branch, Sections, Job Levels, Main Section, Sectors, Path, Specialization, or Job Category).
- Choose the unique profile destination in the Employee Name dropdown lookup container box.
- Pinpoint the occurrence baseline timeline via the Issue Date calendar tool.
- Assign a standard category classification from the Category dropdown menu.
- Provide a localized, formal descriptive label inside the Address Issues data entry string box.
- Outline specific case justifications or formal administrative review statements within the Message open text container.
- Click inside the Attachments container box to select and upload any contextual documentation, physical check-in proofs, or medical records.
- Click Save to commit the incident log live to active tracking folders.
Grid Operations and Data Export #
The control toolkit located at the top right of the data panel allows you to process information dynamically:
- Search: Type keywords directly into the central search bar to isolate targeted records instantly.
- Export to Excel: Click the Excel icon to download the visible workforce directory into an .xlsx workbook.
- Export to PDF: Click the PDF icon to output a printable document report file containing the filtered registry layout.
- Show/Hide Columns: Click the Database/Eye icon to change column visibility rules on the fly.
Note: Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules. It is recommended that only authorized administrators modify these settings.
