It enables salary officers to perform pre-payroll audits to verify that monthly deduction rules and installment windows line up accurately with active contract metrics.
Data Table View #
The ledger interface aggregates corporate structural records with live salary properties dynamically across analytical columns:
- Employee Name / Nationality / Employee Number: Core staff identification credentials and state registration parameters matching the file.
- Branch / Sections / Main Section / Sectors / Path: Consolidated professional multi-tier deployment coordinates verifying corporate placement.
- Job Category: Regulatory employment policy group or classification index applied to the account.
- Basic Salaries / Allowances / Total Salaries: Live payroll variables tracking base rates, fixed perks, and cumulative gross monthly compensation packages.
- Advance Amount: The total registered numeric loan distribution sum currently assigned to the profile.
- The Date Of The Advance Request: The verified calendar date when the transaction assistance ticket was initialized.
- The Date Of Entry Of The Advance: The background timestamp logging when the loan record crossed database tracking lines.
- Discount Method: Indicates the structural collection rule constraint applied during payment calculation runs (e.g., Deducted Monthly).
