The Annual Vacation module provides a dedicated interface to process leave notifications, settle time-off accruals, and calculate financial distributions tied to annual rest periods. It ensures vacation payouts align precisely with employment contract configurations and historical balances.
To access this section, follow these steps: #
- From the Human Resources page.
- From the top navigation menu bar, click HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.
- Under the EMPLOYEES OPERATIONS column, click Vacations.
- Select the Annual Vacation tab from the horizontal sub-navigation layout row.
Data Table View #
The workspace splits annual leave operations into two distinct sequential tabs:

Follow these steps to search existing logs or add a new leave announcement row inside this tab:
1.Search Existing Leave Notices:
- Select the Annual Vacation Settlement Form tab.
- Map filtering constraints using the dropdown select elements (Branch, Section, Specialization, Path, Specialization Details, Sectors, Main Section, or Employee Name).
- Click Search to run the parameters and update the data table view.
2.Issue a New Leave Notice:
- Click Add.
- Define the structural capture criteria via the popup dropdown picker lists (Branch, Section, Current Job, Path, Specialization, Sector, Main Section, or Nationality).
- Utilize the Employee Start Date calendar tool to anchor the assignment to their verified start date.
- Choose the precise target profile from the Employee Name field.
- Click Add to finalize the notification block setup.
Table View:
This sub-view tracks active leave notices and administrative records before calculation processes begin:
- Employee Name: The full registered legal name of the worker.
- Branch: The designated corporate facility or site location.
- Section: The lower-level operational department assignment.
- Insert Date: The timestamp logging exactly when the entry was added.
- Last Notice Date: Tracks the most recent date a vacation warning or notification was issued.
- Previous Date: The previous leave cycle reference date.
- User Name: Identifies the administrative account that logged the row.
- Status: Displays current authorization tracking states.
- Edit Control: Access points to adjust row-level parameter assignments.

Follow these steps to search calculation histories or execute a new financial payout settlement inside this tab:
1.Search Existing Financial Settlements:
- Select the Annual Vacation Settlement tab.
- Map filtering parameters within the search field box block counters (Branch, Section, Employee Name, Vacation Start Date, or Vacation End Date).
- Click Search to execute the active filter parameters and load corresponding history rows into the table layout.
2. Process New Financial Settlement Calculations:
- Click Calculate Value Of Vacation.
- Map core assignment constraints using the dropdown select elements (Vacations, Branches, Sections, Current Job, Path, Specialization, Sectors, Main Section, or Employees).
- Define the reference boundary timeline using the Annual Vacation Calculation Date calendar input field.
- Toggle the Add Previous Balance To Current checkbox rule if historical roll-over values must be included.
- Click Add to push the calculated monetary values directly into the settlement grid directory.
Table View:
This sub-view manages granular calculation parameters and employment agreement metrics live:
- Employee Name / Branch / Section / Nationality / Employee Number: Core demographic and structural identification profiles.
- Job Level: The grading or hierarchical level of the position.
- Vacation Name: The precise description assigned to the leave period.
- Calculation Start Date / Calculation End Date: Timeline boundaries establishing the parameters for the current financial loop.
- Total Working Days: Total active days logged within the corresponding calculation term.
- Duration: The total registered days allocated to the corresponding leave entry.
- Value: The explicit numeric monetary payout calculation amount.
- Month / Year: The designated fiscal logging period.
- Payroll Type: The structural payment category mapping.
- Notes: Open text remarks to document special calculation details.
- Contract Number / Contract Start Date / Contract End Date / Contract Status: Integrated contract attributes referencing baseline alignment logic.
Grid Operations and Data Export #
The control toolkit located at the top right of the data panel allows you to process information dynamically:
- Search: Type keywords directly into the central search bar to isolate targeted records instantly.
- Export to Excel: Click the Excel icon to download the visible workforce directory into an .xlsx workbook.
- Export to PDF: Click the PDF icon to output a printable document report file containing the filtered registry layout.
- Show/Hide Columns: Click the Database/Eye icon to change column visibility rules on the fly.
Note: Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules. It is recommended that only authorized administrators modify these settings.
