The Sponsors Settings section enables administrators to create, organize, and manage corporate sponsors or legal entities responsible for workforce visa compliance, sponsorships, and labor regulations. This module maintains foundational identity configurations, labor office reference keys, and corresponding bank routing associations across the platform.
This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs.
To access this section, follow these steps:
- From the Human Resources page.
- Click System Setting.
- Select Sponsors Settings under the OTHER SETTINGS column.
Adding and Managing Sponsors #
To establish a new corporate guarantor registry or modify existing profiles, use the top controls and table data pathways:
- Add New Sponsor: Click the green Add + button to launch the sponsor creation profile window.
- Sponsor Name: Displays the local language primary name or legal title of the sponsor entity.
- Sponsor Name English Name: Displays the translated formal western legal name of the entity.
- Sponser Short: Lists the abbreviated name format or internal code designated for quick identification.
- Business Office Number: Records the formal institutional license or labor office reference ID code.
- Sponsor: Contains structural validation checkmark filters indicating the active authorization baseline.
- Add The Bank Account: Click the inline Add The Bank Account + action path to configure or link official corporate banking coordinates directly to the selected sponsor record.
- Modifying Data Records: Click the blue Pencil icon within any active row to alter configuration details, or click the red Trash can icon to permanently drop the sponsor profile from the database.
Detailed Row and Modal Operations #
Administrators can use explicit action workflows directly within the data grid rows to link banking infrastructure or update registration entries through dedicated modal pop-ups.
Linking a Bank Account to a Sponsor #
To connect official banking attributes directly to an entity record, utilize the dedicated action path:
- Click the Add The Bank Account + text link located in the target row under the Add The Bank Account column.
- An Add modal form window will open dynamically over the dashboard.
- Configure the following required financial parameters:
- Sponsor Name: Select or verify the corresponding legal guarantor entity from the dropdown menu list.
- Bank Name: Choose the designated corporate financial institution from the dropdown menu list.
- Branch Bank: Input the specific routing branch location or bank code.
- Account Number: Type the complete formal account sequence number or IBAN.
- Customer Number: Input the designated institutional client identification identifier.
- Click the Save button to commit the financial connection settings to the database, or click the red X button to close the panel without saving.
Editing Sponsor Parameters #
To alter foundational identification records or regulatory reference data via the modal interface:
- Click the blue Pencil icon in the row of the targeted record.
- The Edit modal window will appear, pre-populating the existing parameters.
- Modify the necessary information fields on demand:
- Sponsor Name: Update the primary local language legal title.
- Sponsor Name English Name: Adjust the translated western legal name string.
- Sponser Short: Change the abbreviated reference code or internal acronym tag.
- Business Office Number: Correct the formal business license number or labor office code.
- Sponsor Checkbox: Check or uncheck the Sponsor checkbox rule to validate or suspend the active sponsorship authority status for the record.
- Click the edit button to save the changes.
- Click the red X button at the top right of the popup window to close the form panel and cancel any uncommitted modifications.
Grid Operations and Managing Records #
Administrators can process and export live data using the primary grid tools at the top right of the records panel:
- Search and Filter Results: Use individual column keyword inputs or the global search bar to isolate matching entries dynamically.
- Export to Excel: Click the green Excel icon to download your full sponsor catalog into an .xlsx spreadsheet.
- Export to PDF: Click the green PDF icon to output a printable document summary file of the grid entries.
- Show/Hide Columns: Click the green Database/Eye icon to modify grid layout preferences and toggle column visibility.
Note: Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules. It is recommended that only authorized administrators modify these settings.
