The Bank Configuration section allows administrators to configure bank-related settings used in payroll and financial transactions. This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Bank Configuration section, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From\u00a0Human\u00a0Resources\u00a0page.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click\u00a0System Setting.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Select\u00a0Basic Data Settings.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Click\u00a0System General Setting.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. Click on the\u00a0Bank Configuration\u00a0accordion tab to expand the section.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            The Bank Configuration section contains the following operational financial fields: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • ID Number:\u00a0Select or input the specific institutional company identification number registered with bank clearing houses (e.g.,\u00a012).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • Cashier Account Number:\u00a0Identify\u00a0the primary internal general ledger mapping designation used for tracing payroll cash disbursements (e.g.,\u00a08).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • Bank Account Number:\u00a0Define the default ledger allocation route for tracking formal corporate bank statements (e.g.,\u00a05).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  • Sponsor Account Number:\u00a0Set the automated ledger processing account mapped exclusively for tracking corporate sponsorship finances (e.g.,\u00a09).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    • Sponsor Customer Number:\u00a0Enter the unique customer file number\u00a0identifying\u00a0the main sponsor listing with processing banks (e.g.,\u00a08).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
