The Archives module houses all systemic recording runs of historical bank file packages. It compiles comprehensive transactional metadata and communication logs, supporting your organization’s compliance auditing and tracking requirements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access this section, follow these steps: <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to the\u00a0Human Resources\u00a0page.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. From the top navigation menu bar, click\u00a0EMPLOYEES SALARIES.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select the\u00a0Payroll Draft\u00a0option from the sub-menu link items.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click the primary\u00a0Archives\u00a0horizontal tab to open the\u00a0workspace .\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Configuration & Processing Workflow <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          The interface is structured around an advanced lookup framework designed to query past bank export packages within precise chronological boundaries: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Narrow down the files using the specific metadata filters (Sponsor Name,\u00a0Employee Name,\u00a0Identification Number, or\u00a0Employee Number) .\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Establish your temporary inspection limits\u00a0utilizing\u00a0the integrated calendar fields (Date\u00a0From\u00a0and\u00a0Date To) .\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Click the\u00a0Search\u00a0button to execute the database lookup and update the tracking ledger panel matrix\u00a0below .\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      1. User Name:\u00a0Identifies\u00a0the explicit administrator or user account that\u00a0triggered\u00a0the file generation.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        1. Bank State:\u00a0Monitors\u00a0the live processing and approval state of the package at the institution.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          1. Payroll Type:\u00a0Categorizes the active tracking path associated with the bundle (Payrolls,\u00a0Termination, or\u00a0Settlement).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
