The Service Termination Request tab serves as the configuration canvas to input individual employee exit metrics. When a worker profile is selected, the system synchronizes their corporate data points automatically, allowing coordinators to layer offboarding properties, upload official exit documents, and finalize separationdraft entries before system submission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access this section, follow these steps: <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the\u00a0Human Resources\u00a0page.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. From the top navigation menu bar, click\u00a0HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Under the\u00a0EMPLOYEES OPERATIONS\u00a0column, click\u00a0Termination\u00a0Servise\u00a0Requests.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Select the\u00a0Service Termination Request\u00a0tab from the horizontal sub-navigation layout row.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Configuration Workflow <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          The workspace isolates form to capture constraints into dedicated metadata blocks. Follow these steps to register a localized corporate termination profile: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Select the target profile from the\u00a0Employee Name\u00a0dropdown picker lookup element.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. Review the auto-populated career attributes pulled from active system layers (Job Number,\u00a0Section,\u00a0Job,\u00a0Hiring Date,\u00a0Contract Type,\u00a0Nationality, and\u00a0Contract End Date).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Set the official timeline using the\u00a0End\u00a0Of\u00a0Service\u00a0calendar tool to pin the final separation day.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. Categorize the offboarding path via the\u00a0End of Service Type\u00a0dropdown list (e.g., Resignation, Retirement).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Map specific financial or system termination rules using the\u00a0Stop Reason\u00a0dropdown list.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Provide clear organizational remarks, descriptions, or feedback within the\u00a0Notes\u00a0open text box.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Click\u00a0Choose\u00a0A\u00a0File\u00a0inside the\u00a0Attachments\u00a0section boundary to select and upload contextual physical proof documents.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        1. If an active exit template is mapped, click the\u00a0Download File\u00a0button to extract physical offboarding documentation forms.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
