The Termination Service Request tab functions as the master reporting and data verification center for the offboarding module. It allows management teams to audit historical clearance runs, look up finalized termination files, and track systemic separation attributes by applying localized structural filters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access this section, follow these steps: <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the\u00a0Human Resources\u00a0page.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. From the top navigation menu bar, click\u00a0HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Under the\u00a0EMPLOYEES OPERATIONS\u00a0column, click\u00a0Termination\u00a0Servise\u00a0Requests.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Select the Termination Service Requests tab from the horizontal sub-navigation layout row.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Follow these steps to search, audit, or isolate past personnel offboarding files via the filtering panel: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Establish corporate scope parameters by\u00a0utilizing\u00a0the multi-tier selection fields (Branches,\u00a0Section,\u00a0Sector,\u00a0Management,\u00a0Path,\u00a0Job Level, or\u00a0Specialization).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Restrict the data grid query rows based on custom operational workflows using the\u00a0Status\u00a0dropdown list.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
