The Permissions module enables human resource administrators to log, allocate, and manage short-term employee absence permits or hourly exit requests. It automatically references policy thresholds against active balances to verify that requested leave hours do not breach corporate regulatory caps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Under the\u00a0EMPLOYEES OPERATIONS\u00a0column, click\u00a0Permission.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Configuration Workflow <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        The workspace splits layout controls into two distinct sub-navigation tabs located at the top of the screen: Permissions and Search Permissions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Log a New Employee Permission<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Follow these steps to submit a localized short-term exit or hourly leave permit: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Select the\u00a0Permissions\u00a0tab.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Select the targeted team member from the\u00a0Employee\u00a0dropdown menu.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Map the leave classification by using the\u00a0Type\u00a0and\u00a0Permission Type\u00a0dropdown picker elements.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Set the exact execution calendar day via the\u00a0Date\u00a0calendar field.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
