The Delete Employee Issues module provides high-level administrative controls to purge erroneous, outdated, or exception-cleared attendance inquiries in bulk. It protects database integrity by letting coordinators apply multi-parameter filters to narrow down target records before finalizing the deletion process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access this section, follow these steps: <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    1. From the top navigation menu bar, click\u00a0HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Under the\u00a0EMPLOYEES OPERATIONS\u00a0column, click\u00a0Issues.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Select the Delete\u00a0Employee\u00a0Issues\u00a0tab from the horizontal sub-navigation layout row.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          The interface coordinates record clearance through a concentrated parameter block located above the main workspace area: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Execute Bulk Deletion of Inquiry Records <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          Follow these steps to clear targeted investigation logs across matching personnel directories concurrently: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Select the specific infraction category to\u00a0clear\u00a0the Issue Type dropdown list.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Toggle the\u00a0Add Exceptions\u00a0checkbox rule if certain administrative policy groups must be skipped or preserved during the purge.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Establish structural capture boundaries across the filter\u00a0drop\u00a0boxes\u00a0(Branches, Section, Status, or Management).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
