The Employee Surveys module serves as an internal communication and feedback configuration workspace. It enables human resource administrators to construct and distribute organizational questionnaires, general announcements, or company-wide notifications to specific target groupings or individual employee profiles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The workspace features a single form panel titled Questionnaires and generalizations to define the messaging criteria and establish the target audience distribution parameters before sending: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Reason:\u00a0Select the core administrative or operational justification from the\u00a0dropdown\u00a0picker list.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Message:\u00a0Input the open text content, formal notice text, or survey descriptions into the provided message text field box.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Send Date:\u00a0Select the launch date for the survey distribution using the integrated calendar selector.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Closing Date:\u00a0Define the submission or\u00a0expiration\u00a0timeline deadline limit using the integrated calendar selector.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
