The Change Direct Manager section provides a unified framework for establishing, shifting, or removing supervisory reporting lines within the corporate hierarchy. This interface enables administrators to map organizational structures dynamically, either through targeted manual entries or comprehensive batch file integrations, while securing an auditable log of leadership history. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access this section, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Internal Tabs Workflow <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The administration panel is divided into two operational segments: Add Direct Manager to Employee and Change Direct Manager. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Add Direct Manager to Employee<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          This workspace is designed to assign initial supervisory paths to unassigned personnel entries or modify lines using two distinct methods: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Add Direct Manager Via System: Manually routing individuals using inline filtering blocks:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
