The Email Creation Settings section enables administrators to manage email templates and define settings related to email generation and delivery within the system. This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Email Creation Settings section, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click\u00a0System Setting.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select\u00a0Basic Data Settings.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Click\u00a0System General Setting.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Click on the\u00a0Email Creation Settings\u00a0accordion tab to expand the section.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            The Email Creation Settings section contains the following fields: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Email:\u00a0Enter the standard format or prefix configuration used for generating system-automated email addresses.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              • Mail Server:\u00a0Enter the domain name or mail server destination mapped explicitly for this generation process.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
