The Connect Government Expenses section enables administrators to assign government transaction expenses, official visa clearances, and municipal processing fees directly to their corresponding general ledger debit accounts and accrual offset targets. This structural linkage isolates corporate public expenses based on the targeted employment rank or legal grade level of personnel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Connect Government Expenses section, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From\u00a0Human\u00a0Resources\u00a0page.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click\u00a0System Setting.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select\u00a0General Accounting Connecting Settings.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click on the\u00a0Connect Government Expenses\u00a0tab to open the configuration panel.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Adding Data<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          To map individual public fees and expenses, populate the input dropdown fields at the top of the panel: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Government Expenses:\u00a0Select the targeted public fee category or corporate expense transaction profile.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. Job Level:\u00a0Choose the specific employment rank tier or professional grade to restrict this mapping rule.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Expense Account Debit Party\u00a0In\u00a0Due Date:\u00a0Select the targeted general ledger expense account line to be debited upon the transaction maturity or due date.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                1. The Debit Party Account Is Under Cut:\u00a0Select the precise clearing code used when fees are recovered or handled through direct payroll deduction channels.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Click the Save button to commit the configuration directly to the platform database.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    Once you click save, the table grid down at the bottom of the interface instantly populates to show the active information mapping rules.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    You can review structural lines including the assigned Government Expense Name, restricted Job Levels, mapped Expense Account, and corresponding Accrual Account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Grid Operations and Managing Records<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                    You can manage the existing records within the summary data table using the following control functions: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n
                    • Search and Filter Results:\u00a0Type search text directly into individual column filter inputs at the top of the grid to dynamically isolate matching records (e.g., searching for specific listings under\u00a0Government Expense Name<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Job Levels<\/em>).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      • Clear Filter:\u00a0Click the\u00a0Create Filter \/ Clear Filter\u00a0link at the bottom left of the grid view to drop active column queries and reset data parameters back to default.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                          \n
                        • Delete Records:\u00a0Click the master checkbox at the top left of the header or check the boxes next to individual rows to\u00a0make a selection, then click the red action button to remove the configurations from the system.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                          • Export to Excel:\u00a0Click the green\u00a0Excel icon\u00a0at the top right of the table panel to download the visible mapping list into an\u00a0.xlsx\u00a0file sheet.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                            • Export to PDF:\u00a0Click the green\u00a0PDF icon\u00a0adjacent to\u00a0the search input to export a printable document layout\u00a0containing\u00a0active configuration rows.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
