The Connect Costs Center section allows administrators to link functional organizational units, such as specific departments, tracks, or operational sections, directly to dedicated financial accounting cost centers. This mapping ensures that payroll liabilities and employee transactional allocations are routed accurately across active accounting balances based on the institution’s cost distribution framework. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Connect Costs Center section, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From\u00a0Human\u00a0Resources\u00a0page.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click\u00a0System Setting.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Select\u00a0General Accounting Connecting Settings.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click on the\u00a0Connect Costs Center\u00a0tab to open the configuration panel.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          There are two ways to fill the input data: manually or from an Excel file. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Adding Data Manually<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          To map individual operational units manually, populate the required dropdown fields at the top of the panel: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Branch:\u00a0Select the targeted corporate branch or enterprise entity.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Section:\u00a0Select the intermediate functional department or operational level.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Specialization Details:\u00a0Isolate\u00a0specific\u00a0narrow academic or technical skill concentrations.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                1. Sector:\u00a0Choose the broad operational sphere.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  1. Management:\u00a0Choose the corresponding parent oversight line.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Specialization:\u00a0Filter by the general technical concentration track.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                            1. Click the blue\u00a0Save\u00a0button to\u00a0commit\u00a0the manual classification link directly to the platform database.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                              Importing Data from an Excel File<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                              Instead of entering data manually row by row, you can bulk import your organization’s mass connection metrics: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              1. Click\u00a0\u00a0Download\u00a0From\u00a0Excel\u00a0button to launch the import modal screen.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                  \n
                                1. Click\u00a0Download Template\u00a0to save the standardized spreadsheet file structure onto your local device.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                    \n
                                  1. Fill out the downloaded template sheet with your data.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                      \n
                                    1. Click\u00a0Choose\u00a0A\u00a0File\u00a0or drag your completed document into the upload boundary box, then click the\u00a0Upload\u00a0button.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                      Data Table View<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                                      Once you save the data or successfully process your Excel file upload, the table grid down at the bottom of the interface instantly populates to show the active information mapping rules. You can review structural lines including master Branch targets, linked operational Sections, and assigned Costs Center destinations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                      Grid Operations and Managing Records<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                                      You can manage the existing records within the summary data table using the following control functions: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        \n
                                      • Search and Filter Results:\u00a0Type search text directly into individual column filter inputs at the top of the grid to dynamically isolate matching records.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                                          \n
                                        • Clear Filter:\u00a0Click the\u00a0Create Filter \/ Clear Filter\u00a0link at the bottom left of the grid view to drop active column queries and reset data parameters back to default.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                                            \n
                                          • Delete Records:\u00a0Click the checkbox on the left side of any row to select it, then click the red\u00a0Delete\u00a0button below the table grid to remove the selected configurations from the system.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                                              \n
                                            • Export to Excel:\u00a0Click the green\u00a0Excel icon\u00a0at the top right of the table panel to download the visible list into an\u00a0.xlsx\u00a0file sheet.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                              • Export to PDF:\u00a0Click the green\u00a0PDF icon\u00a0adjacent to\u00a0the search input to export a printable document layout\u00a0containing\u00a0active configuration rows.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                                • Show\/Hide Columns:\u00a0Click the green\u00a0Database\/Eye icon\u00a0to turn table column visibility checkboxes on or off dynamically.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
