You can review structural lines including the assigned&nbsp;Vacation Name, restricted&nbsp;Job Level, mapped&nbsp;Expense Account, and corresponding&nbsp;Accrual Account.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Grid Operations and Managing Records<\/em>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can manage the existing records within the summary data table using the following control functions:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Search and Filter Results:\u00a0Type search text directly into individual column filter inputs at the top of the grid to dynamically isolate matching records (e.g., filtering for specific configurations under\u00a0<em>Vacation Name<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0<em>Job Level<\/em>).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear Filter:\u00a0Click the\u00a0Create Filter \/ Clear Filter\u00a0link at the bottom left of the grid view to drop active column queries and reset data parameters back to default.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delete Records:\u00a0Click the master checkbox at the top left of the header or check the boxes next to individual rows to\u00a0make a selection, then click the red action button below the table grid to remove the selected configurations from the system.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Export to Excel:\u00a0Click the green\u00a0Excel icon\u00a0at the top right of the table panel to download the visible mapping list into an\u00a0.xlsx\u00a0file sheet.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Export to PDF:\u00a0Click the green\u00a0PDF icon\u00a0adjacent to\u00a0the search input to export a printable document layout\u00a0containing\u00a0active configuration rows.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Show\/Hide Columns:\u00a0Click the green\u00a0Database\/Eye icon\u00a0to turn table column visibility checkboxes on or off dynamically.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note:&nbsp;Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules.
