The Connect The Penaltys section allows administrators to link incoming behavioral fines, disciplinary elements, and attendance infractions directly to designated general ledger accounting tracks. This mapping configuration ensures that deductions calculated from institutional penalties are routed and reconciled automatically across corresponding corporate recovery fields or clearing accounts according to personnel ranks and job tiers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Connect the Penaltys section, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the\u00a0Human Resources\u00a0page.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click\u00a0System Setting.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select\u00a0General Accounting Connecting Settings.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click on the\u00a0Connect\u00a0the\u00a0Penaltys\u00a0tab to open the configuration panel.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Adding Data<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          To map individual corporate fines and penalty elements, populate the input dropdown fields at the top of the panel: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. The Penalty:\u00a0Select the targeted behavioral infraction, fine category, or disciplinary code to be mapped.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. The Debit Party Account Is Under Cut:\u00a0Choose the specific general ledger debit account line\u00a0designated\u00a0to clear or balance values processed under this fine.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              1. Job Level:\u00a0Choose the specific employment rank tier or professional grade to restrict this mapping rule.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                1. Click the\u00a0Save\u00a0button to commit the configuration directly to the platform database.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Data Table View<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  Once you click save, the table grid down at the bottom of the interface instantly populates to show the active information mapping rules. You can review structural lines including the assigned The Penalty element name, restricted Job Level, and corresponding general ledger Account Name. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Grid Operations and Managing Records<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  You can manage the existing records within the summary data table using the following control functions: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • Search and Filter Results:\u00a0Type search text directly into individual column filter inputs at the top of the grid to dynamically isolate matching records (e.g., filtering for specific configurations under\u00a0The Penalty<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Job Level<\/em>).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    • Clear Filter:\u00a0Click the\u00a0Create Filter \/ Clear Filter\u00a0link at the bottom left of the grid view to drop active column queries and reset data parameters back to default.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      • Delete Records:\u00a0Click the master checkbox at the top left of the header or check the boxes next to individual rows to\u00a0make a selection, then click the red action button below the table grid to remove the selected configurations from the system.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        • Export to Excel:\u00a0Click the\u00a0Excel icon\u00a0at the top right of the table panel to download the visible mapping list into an\u00a0.xlsx\u00a0file sheet.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                          • Export to PDF:\u00a0Click the\u00a0PDF icon\u00a0adjacent to\u00a0the search input to export a printable document layout\u00a0containing\u00a0active configuration rows.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                            • Show\/Hide Columns:\u00a0Click the\u00a0Database\/Eye icon\u00a0to turn table column visibility checkboxes on or off dynamically.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
