The Connect End Of Service section allows administrators to link long-term statutory gratuities, final terminations, and service provisions directly to their designated general ledger financial accounts. This structural alignment ensures that retirement calculations and clearance payouts are balanced automatically across corresponding expense lines and accrual accounts based on employee career ranks and professional job tiers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Connect End of Service section, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the Human Resources page. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Click System Setting. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Select General Accounting Connecting Settings. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Click on the Connect End of Service tab to open the configuration panel. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Adding Data<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          To map individual clearance parameters and indemnity accounts, populate the input dropdown fields at the top of the panel: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Job Level: Choose the specific employment rank tier, career line, or professional grade to restrict this mapping rule. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. End Of Service Expense Account: Select the targeted general ledger expense account line to be debited when end-of-service parameters accumulate or mature. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              1. End Of Service Allowance Account: Select the corresponding credit or accrual offset ledger account code designated to handle balance provisions and long-term liabilities. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                1. Click the Save button to commit the configuration directly to the platform database. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Data Table View<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  Once you click save, the table grid down at the bottom of the interface instantly populates to show the active information mapping. You can review structural lines including the restricted\u00a0Career\u00a0InID\u00a0(Job Level), mapped\u00a0End\u00a0Of\u00a0Service Expense, and corresponding\u00a0Accrual Account.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Grid Operations and Managing Records<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  You can manage the existing records within the summary data table using the following control functions: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    \n
                  • Search and Filter Results: Type search text directly into individual column filter inputs at the top of the grid to dynamically isolate matching records (e.g., filtering for specific configurations under Career InID<\/em> or End Of Service Expense<\/em>). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    • Clear Filter: Click the Create Filter \/ Clear Filter link at the bottom left of the grid view to drop active column queries and reset data parameters back to default. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      • Delete Records: Click the master checkbox at the top left of the header or check the boxes next to individual rows to make a selection, then click the red action button below the table grid to remove the selected configurations from the system. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                          \n
                        • Export to Excel: Click the  Excel icon at the top right of the table panel to download the visible mapping list into an .xlsx file sheet. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                            \n
                          • Export to PDF: Click the  PDF icon adjacent to the search input to export a printable document layout containing active configuration rows. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                              \n
                            • Show\/Hide Columns: Click the  Database\/Eye icon to turn table column visibility checkboxes on or off dynamically. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
