You can review structural lines including the restricted\u00a0Career\u00a0InID\u00a0(Job Level), mapped\u00a0End\u00a0Of\u00a0Service Expense, and corresponding\u00a0Accrual Account.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Grid Operations and Managing Records<\/em>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can manage the existing records within the summary data table using the following control functions:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Search and Filter Results:&nbsp;Type search text directly into individual column filter inputs at the top of the grid to dynamically isolate matching records (e.g., filtering for specific configurations under&nbsp;<em>Career&nbsp;InID<\/em>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<em>End&nbsp;Of&nbsp;Service Expense<\/em>).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear Filter:&nbsp;Click the&nbsp;Create Filter \/ Clear Filter&nbsp;link at the bottom left of the grid view to drop active column queries and reset data parameters back to default.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delete Records:&nbsp;Click the master checkbox at the top left of the header or check the boxes next to individual rows to&nbsp;make a selection, then click the red action button below the table grid to remove the selected configurations from the system.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Export to Excel: Click&nbsp;the&nbsp; Excel&nbsp;icon at the top right of the table panel to download the visible mapping list into an&nbsp;.xlsx&nbsp;file sheet.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Export to PDF: Click&nbsp;the&nbsp; PDF&nbsp;icon&nbsp;adjacent to&nbsp;the search input to export a printable document layout&nbsp;containing&nbsp;active configuration rows.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Show\/Hide Columns: Click&nbsp;the&nbsp; Database\/Eye icon to turn table column visibility checkboxes on or off dynamically.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note:&nbsp;Changes made to system settings may affect multiple HR modules.
