Through this page, administrators can systematically standardize general personnel parameters such as investigation categories, marital options, nationalities, religious configurations, corporate countries, and banking systems.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system&nbsp;operates&nbsp;efficiently and aligns with the organization&#8217;s policies and operational needs.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To access the Basic Settings page, follow these steps:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From&nbsp;Human&nbsp;Resources&nbsp;page.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click&nbsp;System Setting.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select&nbsp;Basic Data Settings.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click&nbsp;Basic Settings&nbsp;from the top master tabs.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing the 6 Tabs&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Basic Settings section is organized into 6 secondary sub-tabs. Each tab&nbsp;contains&nbsp;a dedicated data grid displaying existing configurations, along with control utilities and row action shortcuts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Common Actions for All Tabs<\/em>&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add a New Record:&nbsp;Click the green&nbsp;+ Add&nbsp;button at the top left to open a pop-up modal. Input the required values, then click&nbsp;Save.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Export to Excel:&nbsp;Click the green&nbsp;Excel icon&nbsp;at the top right of the data panel to download the visible records directly into an&nbsp;.xlsx&nbsp;file sheet.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Export to PDF:&nbsp;Click&nbsp;the green&nbsp;PDF icon&nbsp;adjacent to&nbsp;the search input box to generate a clean, printable document&nbsp;containing&nbsp;active table rows.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Show\/Hide Columns:&nbsp;Click the green&nbsp;Database\/Eye icon&nbsp;to open a field layout selection menu where checking or unchecking fields dynamically&nbsp;changes&nbsp;table column visibility.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear Filter:&nbsp;Click the&nbsp;Create Filter \/ Clear Filter&nbsp;link found at the bottom left of the grid view to drop active column queries and reset data parameters back to default.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edit a Record:&nbsp;Click the blue&nbsp;Edit (pencil)&nbsp;icon on the far right of any specific row to alter its information fields.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delete a Record:&nbsp;Click the red&nbsp;Delete (trash bin)&nbsp;icon on the far right of a row to wipe that record permanently from the system database.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
