The Employee Screen Settings section allows administrators to customize employee-related screens and determine the information displayed within the system. This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Employee Screen Settings section, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From Human Resources page.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Click System Setting.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Select Basic Data Settings.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Click System General Setting.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. Click on the Employee Screen Settings accordion tab to expand the section.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            The Employee Screen Settings section contains the following validation checkboxes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            • Employee English Name is Required: Toggle this checkbox to make entering the employee’s name in English mandatory during profile creation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • Management Is Required Field: Toggle this checkbox to ensure that the management assignment field cannot be left blank. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • Sector Is Required Field: Toggle this checkbox to enforce sector selection on the employee file. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  • Path: Enforce path tracking settings within employee forms. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    • Employee Direct Manager Is Required: Check this option to prevent saving an employee profile without assigning a direct manager.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      • Career In ID Required: Enforce the professional title designation on official identification fields. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                          \n
                        • Mobile: Set the primary contact mobile number field as mandatory. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                            \n
                          • District: Enforce the geographical district designation on the location profile. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                              \n
                            • Home Address: Make the permanent home address field a required data input. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                                \n
                              • Current\u00a0address:\u00a0Make the local\/current living address field mandatory.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                                  \n
                                • Building Number: Enforce input validation for the building number field. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                                    \n
                                  • ZipCode: Set the postal code parameter field as a validation rule. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                                      \n
                                    • Additional Number: Enable mandatory field verification for secondary address digits. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
