The Archive Payroll workspace serves as a dedicated compliance tracking engine and historical transaction log within the core compensation system. It records automated tracking lines and logs system modifications executed within the payroll subsystem to maintain complete visibility for database auditing, server checks, and security protocols. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access this section, follow these steps: <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to the\u00a0Human Resources\u00a0page.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. From the top navigation menu bar, click\u00a0EMPLOYEES SALARIES.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Select the\u00a0Payroll Draft\u00a0option from the sub-menu link items.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click the final\u00a0Archive Payroll\u00a0horizontal tab to open the workspace layout\u00a0row .\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          System-level background updates and user interaction stamps expose across the tracking panel sequentially according to the following matrix metrics : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. year \/ month:\u00a0Displays the precise historical calendar targets evaluated during the calculated system pass.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Operation Type:\u00a0Records the specific\u00a0system\u00a0workflow action completed inside the directory staging folders (e.g.,\u00a0Delete\u00a0Payroll\u00a0or\u00a0Add).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Payroll Type:\u00a0Maps the corresponding calculation track classification associated with the log entry (e.g.,\u00a0Termination).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. Insert Date:\u00a0The precise background chronological timestamp logging when the operational run was committed.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
