The Notifications section allows administrators to manage notification settings and define how system alerts and messages are delivered to users. This page serves as a centralized configuration hub to ensure the HR system operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s policies and operational needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Notifications section, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From\u00a0Human\u00a0Resources\u00a0page.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Click\u00a0System Setting.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Select\u00a0Basic Data Settings.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Click\u00a0System General Setting.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. Click on the\u00a0Notifications\u00a0accordion tab to expand the section.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            The Notifications section contains the following alert workflow configurations: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Is Active\u00a0Notifications:\u00a0Main master toggle switch to turn the overall automated warning engine on or off across the platform.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • Enable Probation Period End Notification:\u00a0Check to enable tracking and triggers counting down to the final dates of an\u00a0employee’s\u00a0trial or probation window.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • Maximum Notification Duration:\u00a0Numeric threshold tracking the precise layout lifespan or appearance repetition rule for alerts.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  • Probation Period End Notification:\u00a0Numeric counter specifying exactly how many advance\u00a0days notice\u00a0are targeted before the trial timeline closes.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    • Notify Employee:\u00a0Toggle enabling direct delivery of the warning directly into the target employee\u2019s user panel.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
